Lease by the Right Honorable George Tuchet, lord Audeley, to Richard Burne of Banke House in the county of Stafford, husbandman, Joan his wife, and William Burne of Chell in the county aforesaid, yeoman, for a fine of 20s., a yearly rent of 18d., and 2d. yearly to the lord's reeve for a chief rent, of "three parts of one day's mathe" of meadow lying in one meadow called "Longley Moore" in the hamlet of Burselem within the lordship of Tunstall in the said county and now or late in the possession of the said Richard Burne; for their lives in succession, paying one year's rent as a heriot. With appoinment of John Snerde and William Burselem attorneys to deliver seisin. Endorsed with a note of delivery by the attorneys.
